Returns and refunds for items purchased on www.amcomm.net will be processed by contacting mgriffin@amcomm.net within 15 days of purchase, pending the item’s return in excellent condition with appropriate documentation and within an agreed-upon time period set in the return confirmation email. If the buyer and A.M. Communications Solutions decide that a separate product is a better fit for the intended purpose prior to shipment, an exchange can be processed via email utilizing a credit or an adjusted additional charge to account for the cost of the replacement product.
