Navigating our GSA Contract and the Best Ways to Purchase

Updated: Jan 25, 2023

Federal entities have access to competitive pricing and high-quality products and services through the General Services Administration. For over twenty years, A.M. Communications Solutions, Inc. has held a GSA contract and proudly provided products and services to a number of US agencies and departments. As we have recently renewed our contract for another twenty years, we wanted to provide insight into what buyers can find on our schedule, how we approach curating our offerings, and the best practices we’ve identified for purchasing.

How do we curate what we offer through GSA?

We attempt to provide our federal customers with the ability to purchase the majority of their audio and visual equipment from our GSA schedule. If you do not see a brand or product that you are interested in purchasing listed, reach out to us directly. There are regulatory and compliance guidelines (e.g. country of origin) that we are required to follow, but if the manufacturer and/or product is one that you feel we should be offering, please let us know. We are always looking to expand what is available to our federal customers with our most favorable pricing on the GSA schedule.
